JTR  works in the healthcare space recruiting Physicians, Nurses, PSWs and Nurse Practitioners. We have used our just in time recruitment style to adapt into the world's most competitive market- healthcare. 

JTR has been able to strategize to build a pipeline for Physicians for Locum and permanent placement. We have contacts at medical schools in Canada and overseas and are able to recruit, qualify and place GPs, specialists and ER physicians. 

We have had great sucess in recruiting Nurse Practioner resources. The professional NP is being given more and more responsability in providing care to Canadians and we have seen great interest in sourcing these highly skilled professionals. We understand that NPs are going to be the newest component in trying to ease the staffing shortage issue and we can assist in building a pipeline as well as filling immediate needs.

We also qualify foreign trained nurses, offer back up support, additional Canadian best practices training and indigenous and cultural integration. This group is the most in demand and in the greatest shortage of all the healthcare professions. We see having a constant pipeline is the only solution to easing the crisis and moving away from a Locum staffing model.

JTR has partnered with a Canadian college who are able to train and qualify and certify PSWs for placement within 6 months.
