David Ross is the Director and lead Recruitment Consultant for JTR Consulting Ltd. David has 15 years of extensive experience recruiting staff internationally. Prior to focusing on recruitment, David worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics.
David began his recruitment career at Ernst and Young as Recruitment Manager for Canadian operations. David was responsible for sourcing over 1200 new staff members per year and of the replacement of over 14 partners. David also developed Ernst and Young’s Plan for recruitment of Information Technology staff during a time when there was a severe shortage of professionals. This policy resulted in meeting all targeted goals.
David then moved to a large American IT consulting firm – Computer Generated Solutions (CGS). He opened their Canadian office and created a successful recruitment practice where he managed a team of 5 recruiters and was responsible for client development. David’s team was extremely successful averaging over 200 placements per year.
In January of 2000, David founded JTR Consulting Ltd. where he has successfully managed on-going recruitment on projects across North America. JTR has also focused on international recruitment measures bridging North America and South Asia as well as working closely for years with the UK.
